Shipping Policy
After your order is placed, items will be ready and packaged for shipping in three to five working days. Depending on your location, the expected shipment time varies depending on the carrier and may take more than seven days.
Please remember that these are handcrafted goods, and that before they are shipped out, some attention and preparation must be given.
If for some reason this cannot be done, we will contact you and let you know. At that point you will be able to determine if you wish us to proceed with the shipment. If not, we will gladly issue you a refund on your order.
OUR PROCESS
Our products are made by hand, using high quality material. Items are inspected before packaging and shipping. Delicate and breakable items are carefully packed, using bubble wrap and other packaging products to protect the item and keep it safe in its original form and to ensure it safely arrives to the customer. We mostly use economy and flat-rate packing methods to avoid passing on considerable shipping costs to our customers.
We only ship within the USA at this time.
If your package does not turn up within the expected timeframe, please contact us and we will do our best to rectify the situation! However, please be aware that we don’t consider a parcel ‘lost’ in the post until it has been a full 30 days from the date of shipping (domestic).
However, we will issue you a full return after 14 days and after following up with the carrier responsible for the delivery.
Shipping Costs
Regular shipping is estimated at 7 – 10 business days.
The cost are automatically calculated based on the product dimensions, location of delivery and shipping rates. You will be able to see this cost at check out and prior to making your purchase.
Shipping costs can vary per item and your location.

Expedited Shipments (rush orders)
For customers who want their order faster than our stated turn-around time, we’ve instituted two expedited/rush options: 3 to 5 business day delivery
or 1 to 2 business days, rather than the regular 7+ days. It is important you contact us prior to making your purchase because once the order is placed in our system we may not able to expedite your order.

Special Exceptions for guaranteed overnight delivery
Occasionally, customers want guaranteed-overnight delivery. Special exceptions can be made on certain products depending on your location
and our ability to meet your timely request.
We only ship in the USA and with guaranteed-overnight delivery our preferred choices will be FEDEX or UPS.
The cost is going to be based on the carrier’s rates such as dimensions, weight, your location and time of delivery. If you are seeking to have a product overnighted with guaranteed delivery, please contact us first prior to making your purchase at info@amelilyahpro.com, so we can contact the carrier to get an exact cost for the shipment.
As our valued customer, and your repeat business is important to us. We will do everything possible to try and meet your.
We do not charge extra for processing this service. You will only be billed for your purchase and the carrier’s fee.
Making handcrafted décor can take a lot of time. We take great pleasure in producing one-of-a-kind works of art. Superior fabric and materials are used in the handcrafted creation of our items.
We recognize that every person has different tastes and preferences, so it's possible that your purchase wasn't precisely what you had in mind when you made it.

INSTURCTIONS
■Products eligible for 110% credit toward next purchase
We want your repeat business in addition to your business. We're giving you 10% extra for your subsequent purchase in addition to a full credit for your return if you return the item in its original condition within the allotted time.
The item must be returned within 14 days of delivery and meets the return restrictions to get a 110% credit for future purchase.
•If you are not already, register to set up an account. This will also ensure proper credit to
use for future purchases.
•Returned within 14 days of delivery
•Returned in its original condition (i.e. no stains, or damage to product)
•Allow 5 working day to receive notification of your credit by email and to your account
•After receiving your notice of 110% credit, you can use any time toward your
next or future purchase.
Note: Customized and specially made orders are not eligible for a return.
•Item return and received after 14 day requirement.
•Inspected item is not stained or damaged, requiring additional service before restocking and resale.
-If you are not already registered, you will need to set up an account with us to ensure proper credit to use for future purchases
-If there is a partial damage to the product, customer may be charged or receive only a partial credit rather than a full credit on the return.
-Customer will receive an email with the amount of their credit applied toward their next purchase.
-Inspections can take up to 10 working days before credit is issued.
If the item is return after 14 days, the customers will receive a credit for their purchase which include purchase and sales tax and shipping fee but will not be eligible for the extra 10% above purchase price credit, provided the return policy requirements are met.
•Inspected item is not stained or damaged, requiring additional service before restocking and resale.
•Product must be returned in its original condition.
Internal or Carrier Error: If a package is lost during shipment due to fault of the carrier or our error, we will fully refund the customer. The refund usually takes at least 14 to 18 working days. after an appropriate inquiry has been conducted. In the event that a package is lost during shipment, please let us know by contacting us at info@amelilyahpro.com
Customer at fault: If the customer is at fault such as entering an incorrect address or contact information, we may consider a refund or credit if the package can be recovered. Timeliness of refund or a credit will vary after the appropriate inquiry has been conducted. Refund or credit can take from 14 and uo to 30 days and will be handle on a case by case basis.
To be eligible for a refund, you must provide the tracking details and other supporting documents. It usually takes 30 days to report a misplaced parcel. To make up for this, nevertheless, we will reimburse you following the appropriate inquiry and within 14 to 18 days from the scheduled delivery date.
The customer must let us as know soon as possible if their package was not received by the due date. Please contact us at info@amelilyahpro.com
•All clearance items – these items are listed as non-eligible for a return credit or exchange.
•Close Out Specials may include discounted, buy one get another with a percentage % off or closeout specailist. These items are sold as is and are not eligible for returns, exchanges or refund credit
•Products that are damaged when returned from customers and cannot be resold at its original price.
Making products by hand can be very costly because of the time, materials and money that goes into making it. If after carful inspection it is determined:
* A product was returned damaged and/or not repairable.
*The item was not returned in its original condition.
*We are unable to sale the product at the original price.
*We are not able to recoup the money and cost that went into making it,
The customer will be notified of they are not eligible to receive a refund in the form of a credit and the reasons why. We also reserve the right to deny any future purchases from the customer.
Buyer must notify Seller via email at info@amelilyahpro.com listing the item with SKU# they want to return.
•Buyer may be asked to complete a short form regarding reasons for the return.
•Seller will send a conformation email regarding the item(s) to confirm it qualifies for a basic credit/exchange or 110% credit toward the next purchase.
•Buyer will be provided our return address.
•Buyer will be responsible for paying the return shipping fee. We cannot accept responsibility for repaying postage and handling charges on returns.
•Buyer is responsible for sending Amelilyahpro the return shipping information via info@amelilyahpro.com. You must include a copy of the shipping receipt and tracking information to ensure proper credit toward your future purchase.
-Allow five working days for the proper credit to be applied to your account.
Each return goes through an inspection process before it can be restocked and eligible to be resold. Returns must be:
•Free of any tampering, damage and stains
•In its original condition
•In its original packaging (contingency on certain items)
